We are launching an exciting new initiative to mobilize the Jamaican diaspora in a way that has never been done before, and we’re looking for two to three passionate volunteers to help lead the charge. Entrepreneurs Across Borders (EAB) already has the network, the infrastructure, and the support system in place—we just need a few dedicated individuals to help spearhead this movement. If you’ve been searching for a meaningful way to give back, this is your opportunity to be at the forefront of something transformative.

With as little as four hours a month, you can mentor an entrepreneur, provide skills-based support, connect a business to the right resources, or simply be an ambassador for change. This isn’t about writing a check—this is about using your knowledge, your experiences, and your network to create real opportunities for those trying to rise. You left Jamaica to build a better future for yourself—now you can help build a better future for Jamaica. The question is: will you answer the call?

Getting involved is simple, flexible, and deeply rewarding. With as little as four hours a month, you can make a lasting impact in a way that fits your skills and schedule. Choose how you give back: Mentors guide and support Jamaican entrepreneurs through one-on-one coaching. Skills-Based Volunteers—whether you're in marketing, finance, law, or another field—offer expertise to help businesses grow. Connectors leverage their networks to introduce Jamaican entrepreneurs to valuable opportunities. Ambassadors spread the word, championing this movement within their communities. Investment Circle Members pool resources to fund and uplift promising businesses. However you choose to engage, your time and expertise will help transform lives and build a stronger, more self-sufficient Jamaica.
